About Jen

Jen Fredette is a native New Yorker turned Montana girl. She and her husband, Ray, live on a 20 acre homestead with their four far-too-witty children, their three cats, two dogs, two obnoxious parakeets (Peter & Kermit), and an always growing flock of free-loading chickens.

Jen graduated from the University of Montana with a Bachelor's of Arts in Communication Studies, and spent four and a half years as the Marketing & Public Relations Coordinator for spectrUM Discovery Area. She's been a part of the ever-changing marketing and web building world for ten years, and takes her expertise to cities and small towns around Montana teaching small businesses and non-profits marketing techniques in workshops. Alongside her marketing and public relations ventures, Jen also runs Mountain Pearl Photography, a successful portrait and fine art photography studio.

If she's not in front of her 27 inch iMac working, she can be found chasing her kids, eating tasty food, exploring in the woods, lifting heavy stuff at ZooTown Crossfit, rafting the Montana rivers, avoiding cleaning her house, having deep conversations with her handsome husband, and reading a book from her ridiculously tall pile of must-reads.
